Mesoscopic physics with emphasis on interaction effects in low dimensional systems (two-dimensional electron systems,quantum point contacts). Low temperature scanning tunneling microscope (superconductivity induced by proximity effect). Material synthesis (Graphene, Silicon nanowires).
