Nonlinear magnetic behavior

Illustration of some recent work, on how ultrasmall geometries can produce really large oscillating fields – up to about 500 Oe. We also explore nonlinear ferromagnetic resonance revealing a really surprising nonlinear shift in the ferromagnetic frequency where the sign of the shift depends on the static magnetic field. We also explore some nonlinear aspects of microwave enhanced switching of elements and arrays.
